38. Katherine Anne Gabriel CLEARY "Kitty" (Mary Gertrude CONNOLLY , Peter , James ) was born on 3 Sep 1881 in Heritage Station Rhynie South Australia. She was christened on 11 Sep 1881. She died on 16 Aug 1967 in Royal Adelaide Hospital. She was buried in North Brighton Cemetry.

Katherine met Andy when he was working as Acting Postmaster at Rhynie and she was living at Auburn. Andy use to ride his bicycle to visit her.

Katherine married Andrew Charles SELLSTROM [scrapbook] "Andy" son of Sven Laurentius SELLSTROM and Jane Elizabeth REED on 12 Aug 1908 in St Anthony's Church Manoora South Australia. Andrew was born on 9 Jul 1884 in Crafers South Australia. He died on 10 Jan 1976 in Brighton South Australia. He was buried in North Brighton Cemetry.

Andy was born Andrew Charles SELLSTROM but used the surname MANSFIELD as it was the name of his mother's first husband. He was in contact with his SELLSTROM relatives and all the time he was living at Brighton has a PO Box in the name of Sellstrom. It was not until his mother died and was buried that any one realised that Charles MANSFIELD had died 3 years prior to Andy's birth. But even then it was forgotten and no one really spoke about it again for a number of years.

Andrew and Katherine had the following children:

				Jack married Melva HEAD daughter of Henry Richard HEAD and Florence May BARRY on 3 Aug 1940 in Our Lady of Victories Church Glenelg SA.
	60	M	ii	Kevin Andrew MANSFIELD was born on 1 Nov 1913. He died in Sep 1973.
				Kevin married Margaret Mary LAWSON daughter of Alphonus Joseph LAWSON and Annie May SIMS in 1953 in St Mary's High Street Glenelg. Margaret was born on 17 Sep 1922 in 160 Macdonald Street Kalgoorlie Western Australia.

39. James Leo CLEARY (Mary Gertrude CONNOLLY , Peter , James ) was born on 8 Jun 1884 in Hermitage South Australia. He was christened on 14 Jun 1884 in Sevenhills Clare South Australia. He died on 20 Dec 1937.

Godparents James Conley and Catherine Ryan

James married Ethel Maria ETHRIDGE daughter of William Edward ETHRIDGE on 24 Aug 1910 in All Saints Cathedral, Port Augusta, South Australia.
