21 June 1869 Peter bought eighty six acres of land on the hundred of Alma County of Goolwa for the sum of One hundred and three pounds and five shillings sterling. On the 20 September 1876 at 3 pm this land was transferred to Ellen Conley of the Hermitage Widow of the above land. . Alfred Peterson of near Balaklava Farmer is proprietor of Her Estate in per Simple in the above land as one of the Executors named in the will dated the 27th day of October 1890 of the above named Ellen Conley who died on the 4th day of August 1891 as appears by Probate dated the 5th day of November 1891.
